Athlete History: view an athlete's historical data for the Event Forms that you have access to on the iPad/iPhone

You can view an Athlete's History for any of the athletes and Event Forms that you have access to.

The athletes that you can access will be the group that are loaded on your internet version of the software or on the installed version of the software. But, you can now load different groups of athletes online as well.

Select the name of the athlete you want to view. If your group has more than 25 athletes in it, the athletes will be grouped by last name (as shown in the image in the step below)

N.B. You cannot currently change groups on the iPad or iPhone software. The software automatically loads the group of athletes that you were last viewing when you were on the internet browser or installed version of the software. If you have a specific group that you need to access that includes athletes across multiple groups, then consider how you could set this up and talk to your system Administrator.

The image here shows that this group has 109 athlete. Rather than having to scroll down the list of 109 athletes, they are grouped by last name. You click on the last name group and then select the athlete.

Now select the Event Form History that you want to view the history for. Only the forms that have been enabled by your system Builder/Administrator will be available to view.

N.B. If you have Event Forms list twice at the top of the page and then again in the list of Event Forms, this will be because an Event Form has been set up as Favourites on your main system.

On your main application some specific Medical or Fitness Testing Event Forms may have been set up as a Favourites (these should be the forms you use most often) to help speed up data entry and access. These will appear at the top of the Select Form list to minimise scrolling on the iPad/iPhone.

At the top of the Athlete History Page you can see the number of entries that exist for the Event Form. You can also enter in a new record and below that you can access all of the historical records

-On the top part of the Athlete History Page, you will have a record of the number of entries that have been made for that athlete.

-You can click on Enter New to add in a new record.

-Any variables that are set up to chart will appear at the top of the athlete history page. All of the historical records appear beneath the charts.

All of the Athlete History Entries will appear below the graphs. You can click on any of the records to load them (as shown in the image in the step below).

Any fields in a form which have been set as a "Summary Field" by your Builder appear and any Performance Standards that have been created will also appear for these fields.

You can click on a record to open it and review (see the image in the step below).

When you open a record, it displays in separate Sections. The Date Section always appears first* Click Next to go to the Next section.

The Date Section has  been updated so that it appears within the first section of the form.

Click Next to go to the next section.

Click Cancel to cancel out of viewing this record.

Please note that sections can now be set up not to appear separately. If you require this on one of your event forms, ask you system Administrator/Builder to change this.

The information entered on the Event Form will appear. You can update this if you need to by entering in new data. You can continue moving through the Sections to view all of the information in the form using the Next button.

If an Event Form has a Table in it, the Table will appear in it's own separate Section. Additional Rows can be added to the Table if you require by clicking on Add Row.

When you have reviewed all of the Sections, you can choose to Save any changes you have made to the data. Or, click Cancel to return to the Athlete History Page.

N.B. The layout of the save and close buttons has been updated.

Click on Save and then the "Save and Close", "Save and Enter Another" etc buttons appear for selection. This was changed to reduce the clutter on the save and close buttons on the iPhone.

When you are on the Athlete's History Page, you can click to go Back and choose another Event Form to view. You can click Back again to view another Athlete's Data. Or, click on the Home Icon to return to the Home Page.
