Databases are now available. How to enter in a database field into an Event Form.
Previously, you could not access Database fields on the iPad/iPhone version
Now Database fields can be accessed online and offline on the iPad/iPhone version once your system Builder has enabled Mobile Access for the Database
To enter in a database field click on the "Select" button, type in the name and click search (see the step below)
If the Database does not appear, you may need to ask your system Builder to set this up for iPad/iPhone entry.
Type in the Name of the Database field in the search text area (left). Then click Search (on the right)
Select the correct option from the list of the Database options that appear
If a lot of Options appear, you can click next at the bottom of the list to access more database options (not shown in the image here).
The Database option will appear in the Event Form
If you have any problems with this, please contact your Distributor or system Administrator.
N.B. If you have a Database field that is set to auto fill additional fields (once a database option is selected), this should happen automatically.
The example in the image here, once the database option D500 was selected, the Name and Description were auto filled from the additional Database information.
