Known issues in the latest iOS release

There are some current documented issues that are in the latest iOS release. These are all minor issues, but include the following:

The fields are appearing as a clickable link (blue and underlined). This does not affect the save and opening of events, and only occurs when 10 numeric options are available for selection

Too many Star Rating Field stars will run off the page on the iPod or iPhone version in portrait view

There are 5, 10 and 15 stars used as possible field selections here. This means additional starts cannot be selected.

Changing to landscape orientation will enable additional star selection (only on iPod/iPhone devices which support rotation)

Users cannot upload any new images, or videos or documents on the iOS application online or offline.

Event Form Attachments cannot be accessed from the iOS or Mobile version

Event Form Attachments cannot be uploaded or downloaded from an Event Form.

However, if the Event Form Attachments is set as a Attachment-Resource and you have access to the category it was stored in, it will be available in the My Resources on iOS/Mobile.

Any Attachments Resources that match the search criteria will appear

If the attachment is an image or video, it can be downloaded to you camera roll (e.g. where your images/videos are stored).

The downloads work differently on iOS to the main application. Depending on how you have got your iOS system set up, you may not be able to access the attachments/downloads if you have an appropriate application installed to do this. However, if the attachment is an image or video it is set up to be added to your camera roll and it will be accessible from there.
