Updates to Performance Alerts

There was issue with the Performance Alerts and "changes only" was firing even if no changes were logged. This has been resolved.

All of the alert notification criteria have been checked and this is current work flow for each criteria:

All updates: means you will receive an alert when the form is

-First saved on the system

-Any time the record is saved (even if no new data has been entered)

-Any changes to that record

Changes only: means you will receive an alert when the form has any changes made to it. E.g when a form has additional information added to it like SOAP notes being added into an injury form. It won't alert you the first time it is entered or if it just saved and closed with no actual changes occurring to the entered data.

-Any changes to that record

First save only: means you will receive an alert ONLY when the record is first saved on the system. No matter what changes occur after that, you will not be notified.

-First saved on the system

Changes after First Save: means you will receive an alert ONLY AFTER the entry has been saved at once on the system.

-Changes to that record After First Save

Changed From: allows you to be notified when a change occurs in one of the variables e.g. when a change occurs in injury status (as outlined in the step below). To set this up you need to set up additional "Changed From" criteria (as shown in the image two steps below. This is normally set up for Injury or Illness Event Forms.
