Important Changes to the Coach Administration Licence

Coach Administrators can use the Administration Site to add in new users and manage access for the users they have been assigned
A Coach Admin can login to the Administration Site and only access and edit Users that they have been given permission to access by a Site Administrator.
A Coach-Admin licence holder can be given access to specific Groups, enabling the addition and removal of athletes and coaches from this group.
They can also add in new users into the system.
New Admin Locks Module: A Site Administrator can lock specific Roles so that a Coach Admin cannot edit the account details of a user in a Locked Role
A Coach-Admin Licence Holder may have access to users who they should not be able to edit the account details of. To prevent access, a Site Administrator can set a Role/s to be locked (e.g. a Medical Role), and none of the users in that group can have their account information edited by the Coach-Admin licence holder.
