Changes to Group Access if a user is set as an Athlete AND a Coach or vice versa
Some organisations and teams have been assigning both coach AND athlete access for the same user within a parent-child grouping structure. Because some modules work exclusively based on coach or athlete set up, the current grouping system was upgraded to match these changing work flows. Now access is set based on each subgroup, not just on parent group set up.
The user here has access to some groups as an athlete and some groups as a coach within the same Parent-Child grouping structure
The list of groups as a coach and an athlete are shown here for the User "Test.Athlete"
On the application, when this user changes Group they can only load groups they are in as an athlete individually, not from the parent group
The example here shows that the Parent Group is a Parent of the Sub 1, Sub 2 and Sub 3 Groups. The user will only be able to load the Parent Group as an athlete and they will not be able to access any of the underlying subgroup athletes.
