Mobile Application: the Default number of Table rows appear

The default number of blank table rows now appear in the mobile application.

For Tables, a Default number of rows can be set to appear

2 blank rows appear for entry. Users click on the cell to open the field and enter in data into that row. Users can also click on "Add Row" to enter in data

Previously, no blank table rows would appear; t would just be set to 0. Now all of the default number of blank table rows appear to entered.

This means users can click on a blank row, enter in the content and click "Done" when finished

Users can then open the second blank row and enter in the appropriate data.

N.B. If a user doesn't add in data into the blank default rows, these are just ignored when the data is saved.

Previously, because the default number of rows wouldn't appear, autofilled tables based on a prior field would not function on the mobile application. This is now working.
