A User ID can be generated automatically using a Smartabase ID, or an organisation ID, to identify each user uniquely

There are three possible options that an organisation can choose from:

  1. No ID
  2. Smartabase ID (this is an ID that Smartabase automatically assigns each users, and it can be used for API imports, regular imports and as a personal details field)
  3. Organisation ID (this is an ID that can be configured by the organisation and it can be used for API imports, regular imports and as a personal details field)

On the Application Details Page, the Type of ID needs to be set. It will default to no ID.
