Hide in PDF Advanced Field Property

Previously there was no way to differentiate between fields that should appear in a pdf and fields that should not.  A new Advanced Field property has been developed that hides fields from appearing in the PDF (in the form at the top right), "Save and Print" (at the bottom of the form) and PDF (Form) (on the Athlete History and Reports Pages) methods of printing. See below for more details.

A new Advanced Field property has been added that determines whether a field is included in a PDF or not

By default it is set to True, so all existing fields will continue to appear in a pdf

Once a field is set to Show in PDF Reports = False, the field will be hidden in a PDF generated using Save and Print and PDF (Form)

If the Form is open and PDF is clicked on, the PDF will hide any fields set to not show

In the Athlete History the fields will continue to appear based on the "Default Show in Tables" setting (these are not affected by the PDF setting)

If a PDF is generated from the Athlete History Page, ALL of the table rows that appear in the Athlete History WILL appear in the PDF (e.g., don't show in PDF is ignored)

A PDF of the Athlete History page table has different properties than the save and print, so the "Show in PDF Reports" setting will NOT be adhere to. The Default Show in Table field properties will be adhered to.
