The term "Event Date" is now exclusively reserved for use in date calculations and for use as linked date field. This represents the "On Date" that appears at the top of the Event Forms when data is entered into the system on a specific date.

This is NOT a date override field, it is just the field at the top of the Event Form.

The On Date (Event Date) can now be used in Date Difference Calculations

Event Date will appear in a form to be used in date difference calculations. This means you may not need to use a date override to get date difference to calculate. You do not need to set up anything special to get this working.

It can be used to link the On Date from one form to another (e.g as a linked Event Field).

If a Linked Event Date is added to the a form, the Event Date will now appear for selection.

N.B. The Event Date will NOT appear for use in Date Duration Calculations because they calculate within a table and On Date cannot appear within a table
