Example of an athlete booking an Appointment on iOS or m.html

The Appointments and Schedule functionality is available for use via the iOS app and when logging in on your site url with m.html (e.g. for use on android or tablets). These modules are ONLY available for use and booking online. Prior confirmed booked or scheduled entries do appear offline in the My Schedule and Athlete History modules.

On the Home Screen, if you have access to enter in Appointments or Schedule Forms, these will appear as separate buttons from the Enter Data Button

If the athlete has access to more than one Appointment Form they need to select which one they want to enter

If the athlete only has access to one Appointment Form, the Related Entities used in that form automatically appear without having to select the actual Form name.

The number of Related Entities available for selection varies. On an iPhone would be around 2 (e.g., as shown here with Physio 4 and Shoulder/Neck Physio), an iPad could be up to 6, and on m.html it could be up to 10. Click on "Select" when finished and the Related Entities with a + beside them appear for booking.

Depending on the way your software is set up, you may only be able to scroll up to 7 days forward. This means you may be limited to only book in appointments within the upcoming 7 day period.

To book in an appointments, click on the hour, or expand an hour block to book in an appointment on the quarter of an hour

The appointment form will open and will need to be completed. Note that the fields that appear and the information entered will vary depending on your organisation.

Once the entry is saved, you will return to the booking calendar so that you can schedule in another entry if required. Click Home to return to the Home Page

The entry will be synchronised with the main system and the booking will appear as "booked" on other athletes' accounts. A coach with access to the athlete (and the Appointment form) will be able to see this as well (as shown here)

You can view the booked appointment on the My Schedule Page. It can be opened and viewed.

To cancel or reschedule the appointment, you will need to open the record from the My Schedule Page (as shown here) or the Athlete History Page. You CANNOT open it from the booking calendar, this is ONLY for entering in new Appointments.

The entry appears as Cancelled (grey and strike through font) on the My Schedule Page.

This example here shows that the athlete has access to and needs to enter in a daily monitoring form. This form is set NOT to appear on the My Schedule or Calendar.
