Limit the time slots that appointments and schedules can be booked

Currently the appointment and schedule forms appear for booking in 15 minute time slots. Some users need to limit booking to an hour or 1/2 hour period. This is now possible and can be set on a form by form basis. The following outlines how this is achieved.

CRITICAL CONSIDERATION: If you are using the 30 or 60 minute booking lengths and you do NOT set an event length and or limit the time override, you risk wasting booking time

The user can choose an end time to 1:15. Because it can only be entered in 60 min intervals, there is a 45 minute window that is effectively unable to be booked
