Using the ICD 10 Database. This is only for customers who have purchased it.
The ICD 10 Field is only available to users who have purchased this separately. The field is set up like a database field. However, you do not need to enable access to the database via the administration site.
The Database is comprised of

For customers that have purchase the ICD10 codes, there will be a new button in their Form Builder called ICD 10
This can be added into an Event Form for entry as a single field
When you add the ICD 10 Field into an Event Form, it will automatically be able to be entered on the system. A User does not need additional access to the ICD 10 database on the administration site.
On the application, the database field is automatically available. When a user enters in data into the ICD 10 field, they can type in the code or the name and then click on the correct selection
The example here shows the entry being made by name. The example below shows the code.
