Using the ICD 10 Database. This is only for customers who have purchased it.

The ICD 10 Field is only available to users who have purchased this separately. The field is set up like a database field. However, you do not need to enable access to the database via the administration site.

The Database is comprised of

For customers that have purchase the ICD10 codes, there will be a new button in their Form Builder called ICD 10

This can be added into an Event Form for entry as a single field

The example here shows that the ICD 10 Code Field has been added to an Event Form. Name the Field and set up any Field and Advanced Field Properties that you require.

The "Is a group" button has been ticked for accessing the records more easily in the athlete history and reports page.

When you add the ICD 10 Field into an Event Form, it will automatically be able to be entered on the system. A User does not need additional access to the ICD 10 database on the administration site.

On the application, the database field is automatically available. When a user enters in data into the ICD 10 field, they can type in the code or the name and then click on the correct selection

Two additional single line of text field's called Name and Description have been added to this table to autofill based on the selected ICD10 code.

When the ICD 10 code is selected, if the Name and Description Fields are set up correctly they will autofill with the Name and Description from the ICD 10 code
