D3 enabled for mobile
There are two new aspects to the D3 dashboards for the Mobile App.
1: Existing/or new custom dashboards set up on the Admin Page will display on the mobile apps IF they have been mobile enabled.
2. The other major change is that a dashboard element that can be set so that an Event Form field can appear in the Dashboards module
See below for details:
IMPORTANT: For the Fusion staff who build/enable the system dashboard layouts for mobile, keep in mind is the width of the mobile screen needs to be accounted for for any dashboard. If you are enabling an existing Dashboard, ALWAYS login on mobile to ensure it displays correctly.
For existing Dashboards a new button is available to select whether the Dashboard should show on the mobile applications. When this is ticked, the Dashboard will appear on the Mobile Apps
These Mobile Enabled Dashboards will now appear on the Dashboard Module on the Mobile Apps (e.g., iOS, Android and m.html)
When a user has access to mobile enabled Dashboard, and or access to an Event Forms with fields set to Appear on the Mobile Dashboard, the Dashboards appear within the Dashboards Module
System Dashboards (the top list) is a list of all of the custom dashboards which have been set to show on mobile.
-Clicking on any of these will bring up the relevant dashboard
Event Dashboards (the lower list) is a list of all of the Event Forms the current user has access to that have at least one field set with "Show on mobile dashboard" = true
-Once they click on the event they need to select the user for whom they wish to view the data and then they will then be shown the relevant d3 charts.
Mobile Enabled Dashboards for Event Form Fields:
Fields from within an Event Form can also be charted on a per Event Form Basis in the Dashboards Module. There is a new advanced field property for numeric and option type fields called "Show on Mobile Dashboard"
By default this is set to "False". Click on True and two additional properties will appear so that you can set the Chart Type and the Axis Type.
WARNING: Chart by default has NO interaction with Show in Mobile Dashboard. The Chart by default functionality will ONLY show on the athlete history page and it functions independently from Show on Mobile Dashboards.
Next choose the Mobile Dashboard Chart Type (Bar, Line, Spline, AreaSpline)
Examples appear in the steps below
