Date issues with the data entered for the 31st of the month
With the recent change in date format to offset issues caused by daylight saving time the date selector format was upgraded. However, during this process an issue was introduced when entering in data for the 31st day of a month when a user was in a month with only 30 days (for example entering 31st August on the 1st of September) and the date would appear on the system as the 1st August, NOT the the 31st August.
This issue no longer occurs on releases above 5.7.
Any data entered on the system for the 31st, which appears listed as the 1st, will be manually reverted by our programmers on your database.
Please be patient while this process is being undertaken and if your data is not appearing correctly by the end of September then please send us a reminder.
