Athlete History: view an athlete's historical data for the Event Forms that you have access to on the iPad/iPhone
You can view an Athlete's History for any of the athletes and Event Forms that you have access to.
Select the name of the athlete you want to view. If your group has more than 25 athletes in it, the athletes will be grouped by last name (as shown in the image in the step below)
N.B. You cannot currently change groups on the iPad or iPhone software. The software automatically loads the group of athletes that you were last viewing when you were on the internet browser or installed version of the software. If you have a specific group that you need to access that includes athletes across multiple groups, then consider how you could set this up and talk to your system Administrator.
N.B. If you have more than 25 athletes in the group that you are accessing, the athletes will be condensed into last name groupings. This prevents a lot of scrolling.
Now select the Event Form History that you want to view the history for. Only the forms that have been enabled by your system Builder/Administrator will be available to view.
N.B. If you have Event Forms list twice at the top of the page and then again in the list of Event Forms, this will be because an Event Form has been set up as Favourites on your main system.
At the top of the Athlete History Page you can see the number of entries that exist for the Event Form. You can also enter in a new record and below that you can access all of the historical records

-On the top part of the Athlete History Page, you will have a record of the number of entries that have been made for that athlete.
-You can click on Enter New to add in a new record.
-Any variables that are set up to chart will appear at the top of the athlete history page. All of the historical records appear beneath the charts.
All of the Athlete History Entries will appear below the graphs. You can click on any of the records to load them (as shown in the image in the step below).
When you open a record, it displays in separate Sections. The Date Section always appears first* Click Next to go to the Next section.
The Date Section has been updated so that it appears within the first section of the form.
Click Next to go to the next section.
Click Cancel to cancel out of viewing this record.
Please note that sections can now be set up not to appear separately. If you require this on one of your event forms, ask you system Administrator/Builder to change this.
