Changing Passwords on the iOS App
If you update your password on the main application the iPad and iPhone application will NOT update with the new password. The password on the iPad and iPhone application use a special encryption library and it stores all the records on the device with the password for the user. There is no mechanism to change that password.
Updating Passwords is NOT supported on the iOS App. You will need to remove the App and reinstall it once you update your password
Before you update your password on your main system, make sure you have logged in online on the Apple App to synchronise all of the data
Then Delete the iPad/iPhone APp
Delete the iPad/iPhone app but holding your mouse down on the main screen until the delete buttons appear beside the applications. Then click the delete button for the Smartabase site and confirm the delete.
