New Forgot Password Reset Message
If an athlete or coach forgets their password, they can type in the e-mail address to be sent a new password
If you type in an incorrect e-mail address, you will be notified of this
Some athletes or coaches may have multiple e-mail addresses and they may type in the wrong one, or they may have incorrectly typed in the actual e-mail address.
If the e-mail address is incorrectly typed in an error message will appear that notifies users of this.
When you type in the correct e-mail address, a message saying the password has been sent will appear.
The new password will be sent to your e-mail address
Reset your password to something you will remember (with a minimum of 6 characters)
When you click on "Save" on the account page you MUST type in the original password that was sent to your e-mail address
After you update your password, click on "Save" and then you will be asked to confirm you current password (e.g. the current password that you logged in with).
Use the same password that was sent to your e-mail address (as shown here)
Once you have clicked on "Save" and update your account information, you will be able to use your new password to login.
Please be aware that a new password will be set to you if you are added as a user on the system. However, you may not have permission to enter or review data.
The image in the example here shows that an athlete has requested a password reset. However, they have not been given permission to login and enter or access data in the actual system. This is not a system error. This means you need to contact your adminstrator and ask to be given the correct permissions to actually login.
