Profile Forms can now be accessed in the Reports Module
Profile Form fields could be pulled into an Event Form Report, but only specific profile fields would appear; a report only displaying profile data was not possible. Now all Profile Forms and fields can be viewed without the need to load an Event Report. See the steps below for more information.
Reports now include Profile data as a Report Type
Once "Profiles" is select for the Report Type, any Profile Forms that a user has access to will appear under "Type of Event"
The same Event Data Type Report functionality is available to use with the Profile Data. However, as no date tracking or draft status is used for Profile forms, these are not available.
Profile Data is not stored on the system using dates or date ranges, or as a draft. Therefore, no date interval selection, or draft selection filters appear.
Please note that a new field called "Last updated" has been added as an Advanced Report Field. This displays the date that the Profile Form was last updated. This is outlined in one of the steps below.
Once a Profile Form is selected, filters can be applied based on a field within the Profile Form
Just the same as using an Event Report, click on a Table row to be taken to that athlete's data
Just the same as with Event Reports, the fields can be selected and deselected in the View Fields section
Once a Report is Run, you can utilise any of the existing Event Report functions that you have access to, such as; Save, Save and Send, Excel, PDF etc.
The Report appears on the front page (Home page)
New Advanced Report Option: When the "Last Updated" option is ticked, it displays the date the Profile data was last updated (saved)
When the Last Updates Advanced feature is selected to appear in the Profile Report, the date that the Profile Form was last updated (saved) will appear in the Report.
For example, the profile data for Ben Hand is being edited and saved, so the date of update will changes to the date edited.
N.B. When the Reports page loads, BOTH Profile, and Event, Saved Reports appear. You can click on Profile reports when viewing Event data and vice versa
N.B. The Missing User feature will return users who do NOT meet the search parameter, but they may have profile data
If the Missing User button is selected, any athlete's who do NOT meet the search criteria will be displayed. However, the user may have profile data entered. Click on the blank table row to see if the athlete has profile data.
