Hide an Event/Schedule/Appointment from appearing on the Calendar and My Schedule Modules
Currently all entered event/appointment/scheduled (published schedule) entries appears on the Calendar and Schedule pages. An organisation can now limit the data that appears on the My Schedule page on iOS/Mobile and on the My Schedule page and the Calendar on the main application.
A new Event Form property has been added called “Show Event in Calendar”:
-By default it will be set to Yes. This means when an event/appointment/scheduled entry is entered for a user, it will appear on the Calendar and on the My Schedule Page for that user (e.g., the default behaviour of the system remains unchanged).
-When the property is set to No, the entry will be hidden and it will NOT appear on the My Schedule (on iOS or on the main app) or the Calendar Page (on the main application). See the steps below for more information on this.
