Scheduling and Appointments are now available for entry on iOS and m.html
The Appointments and Schedule functionality is available for use via the iOS app and when logging in on your site url with m.html (e.g. for use on android or tablets). These modules are ONLY available for use and booking online. Prior confirmed booked or scheduled entries do appear offline in the My Schedule and Athlete History modules.
Mobile enabled Appointment and Scheduling forms are available to enter on the iOS App and on m.html online. The following is an example of a coach entering in Scheduling or Appointment data for an athlete
The Scheduling forms appear when entering in Scheduling data, and vice versa if Appointments were selected. Select the required Scheduling Form
Different to Scheduling in the main application, the next step on iOS is that the Related Entity Type used in the form loads before the Booking calendar appears. This is because users need to select which Related Entity options appear on the book calendar and on an iPhone on 2 Related Entity options fit.
On iOS there is limited screen space to display the booking calendar, so the Related Entities will load for selection first
The first Related Entity used in the form appears (e.g. Physio). All of the Related Entity Field options (e.g., Physio 1, Physio 2) appear and the first Field will be selected by default.
Because only 2 Related Entities fit on the screen on an iPhone (as shown in the image on the right), you can select a maximum of two Related Entity options that you want to view (on an iPad more options will be available as screen space is larger)
You must always have at least one option selected. The message here shows that the "minimum number of options is selected" (e.g. one)
On an iPhone, when two options are selected this is the maximum number that can be selected. In the example here, the user is trying to select the Shoulder/Neck Physio, but they cannot because they already have two selected. They would need to deselect one of the selected Physio's first.
N.B. When users first come to the Related Entities selection page, if more than one Related Entity Type is used in the Form, they can choose to load an alternate Related Entity to book through.
Once the user clicks on "Select", the booking calendar appears for the previously selected Related Entity Options. Any appointments or booking for any of the related entities (e.g. Physios) for today's date appear as blocked out
The Booking Calendar appears in 1 hour slots. Click on the hour drop down arrow to be able to select 15 minute start time intervals
If the required Related Entity (e.g., Physio) is NOT showing on the screen (note that on iOS, screen size may only show the first 1-2 Related Entities) scroll to the bottom of the page and select which Related Entity option (e.g., Physio) you want to book for
Click on "View or Select Additional Physio's", or "Change Selected" depending on what button appears
