Example of an athlete booking an Appointment on iOS or m.html
The Appointments and Schedule functionality is available for use via the iOS app and when logging in on your site url with m.html (e.g. for use on android or tablets). These modules are ONLY available for use and booking online. Prior confirmed booked or scheduled entries do appear offline in the My Schedule and Athlete History modules.
On the Home Screen, if you have access to enter in Appointments or Schedule Forms, these will appear as separate buttons from the Enter Data Button
If the athlete has access to more than one Appointment Form they need to select which one they want to enter
If the athlete only has access to one Appointment Form, the Related Entities used in that form automatically appear without having to select the actual Form name.
The number of Related Entity options that can be selected depends directly on screen size. Ensure a + is beside the Related Entity options that you want to book the appointment for
The number of Related Entities available for selection varies. On an iPhone would be around 2 (e.g., as shown here with Physio 4 and Shoulder/Neck Physio), an iPad could be up to 6, and on m.html it could be up to 10. Click on "Select" when finished and the Related Entities with a + beside them appear for booking.
The previously selected Related Entity options appear to book in an Appointment. Change the dates if needed to select the required day.
To book in an appointments, click on the hour, or expand an hour block to book in an appointment on the quarter of an hour
The appointment form will open and will need to be completed. Note that the fields that appear and the information entered will vary depending on your organisation.
Once the entry is saved, you will return to the booking calendar so that you can schedule in another entry if required. Click Home to return to the Home Page
It can be viewed on the Athlete History Page; where you can also view you complete history for that form
To cancel or reschedule the appointment, you will need to open the record from the My Schedule Page (as shown here) or the Athlete History Page. You CANNOT open it from the booking calendar, this is ONLY for entering in new Appointments.
Change the status of the appointment from "On" to "Rescheduled" or "Cancelled". For "Rescheduled", you will need to reschedule in an additional appointment"
N.B If a coach enters in an appointment for the athlete, this will appear on the iOS system as well (as long as the athlete also has access to the specific Appointment Form)
N.B. Depending on what access you have, and on how your forms are set up (e.g. if only schedule/appointment forms are set to appear on the My Schedule), your Event data may not appear on the My Schedule, which helps reduce clutter
This example here shows that the athlete has access to and needs to enter in a daily monitoring form. This form is set NOT to appear on the My Schedule or Calendar.
